Comment | Digipack Edition with 3 bonus tracks Overall, not a terrible release in terms of dynamics, but could be much better. The DR4 rating on "Sacrifice", (which actually surprised me), is pushing it a bit far, but the 8s, 9s and 10s, and the one 11 balance it out somewhat. Sure, it could've been more dynamic, but, given the enjoyability of the music itself, and the fact that there are virtually no audible artifacts (I'm 80% sure there are a few during the choruses of "Sacrifice" and "Mutual Core", the album's 2 loudest songs), it's a pretty good release. |
