Comment | The inside sleeve says: "Digitally remastered from original source tapes for superior sound quality by Jay Messina &Greg Calbi at Masterdisk Studios, New York." I bought this on Amazon Market Place as used item, and it was listed as being from 8 August 1985, but this date is NOT mentioned anywhere on the CDs nor on the sleeve. Copyright date (1980) is the only date given there. I suspect this might be a later remaster and/or a burned copy and/or a bootleg rather than a pressed original. The DR values suggest the same thing: CD1 values equal the values of CD1 of the 2009 SHM-CD for each track, the CD2 values come very close to the CD2 values of the SHM. |
