| Comment | I don't know why this CD is titled as "1977 Revisited - Crucial Music" everywhere online, because on the artwork it's actually "Crucial Music - 1977 Revisited". There's no mention anywhere on the artwork or the disc of it being phrased the opposite way. Anyway. This is a very short compilation (running at just under 25 minutes in total) made specifically for the US market. It pulled together various Clash tracks which at the time had never appeared on CD in the US, about 2/3rds were also yet to appear on CD in the UK. Tracks: 1977, London's Burning (recorded live in 1977), Deny, Cheat, 48 Hours, Protex Blue, Groovy Times, Gates Of the West, 1-2 Crush On You, Stop The World. |
