Comment | This is a new 2012 remaster from the original tapes that is known as a full dynamic range release. The original album is included with values of 10+ and there are rough cuts of all the album tracks that are 9+. There are supposed to be more albums being released by Earache that are full dynamic releases, so this is a great thing. With Roadrunner giving HDtracks more dynamic versions of the latest Megadeth and Dream Theater albums, this is good news indeed. Hopefully all labels start realising that brickwalled and over compressed albums give no advantage at all, and begin to release more dynamic albums. |
