Yeah, so would I, then I spotted Adam Kasper's name in the credits for mastering the surround mix and Billy Joe Bowers for mastering the rest of the content. What is Kasper's deal? The guy ruined the mastering of Superunknown and now he can't even leave the dynamics intact on the surround mix of TOTD? Exact same DR9 as the stereo mix. That's a great thing for a 2016 stereo mix to be DR9 but you'd expect the 5.1 to come in at DR12 or 13. Grr... |
