Comment | I realise vinyl DR logs are often next to useless, but this really is a tremendous improvement over the original release in pretty much every conceivable way. If there's any dynamic range compression on the master, it's very light and not even noticeable. This could easily be mistaken for a 1970s pressing by someone who didn't know better. And for what it's worth (har har), the included digital download includes files with almost identical dynamic range scores, so these logs really do give a good indication of how good the record sounds. |
