| Comment | Metallica.com Digital Download. I have the original CD's from 1993. This is simply better than the original CD's. Has more punch and dynamics than the original CD pressings. Metallica recently released all their albums in High Resolution, keep in mind, this is "NOT" a remaster like Kill 'Em All or Ride The Lightning. This is the original album mastered at 96kHz/24bit. I am assuming they used the same masters that were used for the MFiT albums (that is not confirmed). I would buy this before it's taken down because the "Remastered Box Set" will come out soon and they will take this down and replace it with the Remastered Album. |
