| Comment | Great album, but the sound is somewhat strange at points-- songs like An Otherwise Disappointing Life and I Wish I Was Sober are really muddy at parts (the former at 0:40 and 3:02, the latter at 3:02), and the album as a whole sounds both too sparse and too loud. The album was engineered by Jonathan Low and Aaron Dessner, the mixing on the aforementioned tracks was done by Craig Silvey, and Greg Calbi mastered the whole album. Get Out and Woke Up Hurting were mixed by Alan Mouder, while Low mixed Blood Under The Bridge and Die Like A Rich Boy |
