| Comment | I used 2 different sources for this '40th Anniversary edition' of my own. Most were the original 1985 MCA CD version, db lowered to avoid some clipping and the 2012 40th Anniversary edition for the additional songs, again db lowered and slightly EQ'd to match the original CD. On all tracks, I used a high pass filter at about 15db, mostly to clean up some of the hiss from the CD version. On some tracks, this actually produced slightly more dynamic range. I always loved the quality of this live recording, now it sounds even more amazing. |
