| Comment | 2018 Remaster This is the DR analysis of the stereo downmix from the multichannel 5.1 tracks. The downmixed stereo tracks have a sensibly higher DR than the "original" stereo tracks provided inside the Blu Ray disc. It is clearly noticeable just by listening to it (I recommend everyone to listen to the downmix stereo tracks with headphones and to compare them with the "original" stereo tracks). I strongly prefer the downmix stereo version, that is much less "loud" than the "original" stereo mix, higher separation between instruments and vocals, much higher dynamic breath. I just noticed that some background vocals in some tracks are heard slightly lower than in the "original" stereo mix. |
