| Comment | Ridiculously loud and compressed, even for a symphonic black metal record. It's not unlistenable and it kinda fits the aggressive nature of the music but a bit more dynamics would have been good. Guitars are generally still relatively heavy but get drowned out by the synths and vocals at times. The drums are surprisingly punchy but don't exactly sound realistic anymore. Bass and cymbals are pretty much nonexistant. |
